Using Messages: SMS Text App (the "App") means you agree to the terms below. Hyper Nova studio ("we," "us," "our") built this App to make texting simple, and this page explains what that involves — for you and for us. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the App.

1 · The App

Messages: SMS Text App lets you send and receive SMS/MMS messages, view your conversations in one place, attach media, and adjust how notifications and the interface look and behave.

2 · Age & Consent

To use the App, you need to meet the minimum age for text messaging services in your country. If you're a minor under local law, a parent or guardian must consent to your use.

3 · What the App Accesses

Camera/Media	Attach and view photos, videos, files
Storage	Save attachments and backups
Notifications	Alert you to new messages

You can disable any of these in your device settings; some features may stop working if you do.

4 · Using the App Responsibly

You agree not to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, harass or impersonate anyone, share unlawful or offensive content, interfere with the App's systems, or otherwise break telecom or data protection laws that apply to you. Breaking these rules may result in suspended or terminated access.

5 · Your Content, Your Ownership

Messages, media, and files you send or receive stay yours. Hyper Nova studio doesn't claim ownership of your conversations and doesn't routinely monitor their content. Optional backup features, if available, are governed separately by our Privacy Policy and require your consent.

6 · Carrier Charges

The App works through your device's SIM and mobile network, so standard SMS, MMS, or data charges from your carrier may apply. We're not responsible for carrier fees or delivery delays caused by network issues outside our control.

7 · Our Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, name, and branding belong to Hyper Nova studio. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it — not to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or use our branding without written permission.

8 · Third-Party Tools

The App may connect with services like backup providers, sticker packs, or analytics tools, each with their own separate terms and privacy practices.

9 · Privacy

Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference. Using the App means you agree to those practices too.

10 · Updates

We may update, modify, or briefly pause the App for maintenance or new features, at our discretion.

11 · Suspension

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or Hyper Nova studio.

12 · No Warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

13 · Limits on Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hyper Nova studio isn't liable for indirect damages like lost messages, data, or profits from using the App — except where liability can't legally be limited, such as for death, injury, or fraud.

14 · Changes to These Terms

We may update this page periodically. Major changes will be posted in the App or its store listing. Continued use after that means you accept the update.

15 · Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws applicable to Hyper Nova studio's place of business.
